The newly established Evaluation Committee of SZTE Technology Transfer Company (SZTE TTC) held its kick-off meeting, marking the official launch of the committee’s work within the Proof of Concept (PoC) Program.
The primary goal of the session was to enable committee members to introduce themselves, gain insight into each other’s professional backgrounds, competencies, and to develop a shared understanding of the objectives, governance model, and operational framework of the PoC Program.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the program’s strategic goals and decision-making processes, laying the foundations for effective and constructive professional collaboration.
Shortly after the kick-off, the Committee moved swiftly into action. At the next meeting, members were already required to make concrete decisions, as four previously professionally validated applicants presented their projects. The teams demonstrated the innovative strength, business rationale, and implementation potential of their development concepts.
With this step, the Committee’s work entered a new phase: beyond evaluation, members actively provided strategic guidance to support the further development and market readiness of the projects.
